Presently Prabha Education Trust has started working on a school project. The proposed name of the school is Rockland International School. The site of the school is in North-East of India, Assam. The location of the site is Silapathar in the district of Dhemaji. The trust will provide free education to 20% of the underprivileged students of the school with free Uniform. To make the sustainable model, 80% of the students which will come from middle class population will be charged nominal fees to run the school. All the fees collected will be used to cater the day-to day activity of the school and meeting the salary of the teaching and non-teaching staff. The trust further commits that the salary will be at par with good schools which we found in good cities and good school because the education largely depends on the trained and experience teacher. To make the quality check, the trust will hire educational consultants to impart training to the teachers, curriculum design, publicity and selection of the students from weaker section of the society. Moreover, the trust has decided to give free schooling to the teaching and non-teaching staff to attract good faculty and non-teaching staff.
